Filmmaker: Prosecutors broke promise in Allman movie crash

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — A filmmaker says Georgia authorities broke a promise to grant her immunity from prosecution when they charged her last fall with crimes stemming from a fatal train collision during shooting of a movie about singer Gregg Allman.
