Police say a musician who shot and killed three other Iranian men inside a New York City apartment before committing suicide was upset because he had been kicked out of an indie rock band. Ali Akbar Mohammadi Rafie gunned down the men just after midnight on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. Victims Soroush and Arash Farazmand were brothers who played in a band called the Yellow Dogs. The third victim, Ali Eskandarian was also a musician. After the shooting, investigators found a guitar case on a rooftop they believe the shooter may have used to carry the assault rifle used in the attack.(AP Photo/Danny Krug) NO SALES NEW YORK (AP) — Iranian musicians Soroush and Arash Farazmand came to the United States to pursue their passion — playing music in an indie rock band called the Yellow Dogs.
