Insurer to pay 'Three Cups' charity $1.2M

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Attorneys say an insurance company will pay a charity co-founded by "Three Cups of Tea" author Greg Mortenson $1.2 million in a settlement over legal fees from lawsuits and investigations over the past two years.
