Detroit cop faces 2nd trial in 7-year-old's death

A judge won't delay the trial of a Detroit police officer who accidentally killed 7-year-old Aiyana Jones during a raid, despite his attorney's concerns that a "media frenzy" following a police shooting in Missouri could harm his client's right to an impartial jury.
