Rap star Nicki Minaj on Tuesday announced a summer of arena shows in North America following concerts in Europe despite the killing of her tour manager. On Monday night she started a European tour in Stockholm. The tour went ahead even though Minaj's tour manager, De'Von Pickett, was stabbed to death last month outside a bar in Philadelphia.
