In Finland, the Moomins are dancing a pas de deux

In this undated image made available Saturday March 14, 2015 by Finland's National Ballet Members and the Finnish National Opera, the Finnish National Ballet's Maria Baranova and Florian Modan perform at the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki. A nearly two-hour ballet produced by the Finnish National Opera and performed by dancers of the Finnish National Ballet entitled "The Moomin and the Comet," is based on Finnish illustrator and writer Tove Jansson’s book from 1946. It tells the story of a perilous journey to a mountaintop observatory in the wake of an approaching comet that could destroy Moomin Valley.
