A distant father-daughter duo in 'Interstellar'

FILE - In this Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014 file photo, honoree actor Matthew McConaughey, left, and actress Jessica Chastain arrive at the 28th annual American Cinematheque award ceremony honoring McConaughey at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in Beverly Hills, Calif. While only a 7-year age difference separates McConaughey and Chastain in the real world, the theory of relativity finds them playing a disconnected father and daughter in the film "Interstellar," writer-director Christopher Nolan's space-time saga, scheduled for release Nov. 5, 2014, about a last-ditch effort to find humans a new home.
