Man's charge of rape at Urban concert dropped

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) — Prosecutors have dropped the case against an 18-year-old Boston man accused of raping a 17-year-old girl at a Keith Urban concert at which dozens of people were treated for excessive drinking.
