Rockwell painting of Red Sox heads to NYC auction

This photograph of a 1957 Norman Rockwell painting, "The Rookie (Red Sox Locker Room)" was provided by Christie's auction house in New York on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. The painting, showing, pitcher Frank Sullivan, right fielder Jackie Jensen and catcher Sammy White, second baseman Billy Goodman and Hall of Famer Ted Williams, will be auctioned by Christie' on May 22, with a pre-sale estimate of $20 million to $30 million.
