Poland's Jewish museum gets interior decoration

Monika Czerniec, art restoration expert, paints elaborate wall paintings that tell the story of Poland’s Jewish community at the new Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw, Poland, Monday, Feb. 17, 2014. The museum, largely paid for by Poland’s government, aims to reconstruct the climate of Jewish towns and synagogues through historical objects, multimedia, images, replicas, models and quotations from chronicles and diaries. On Monday, specialists were working on wall paintings representing small Jewish towns.
