US, UK Kipling scholars to visit author's Vt. home

MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — Some of the world's most renowned scholars of British author Rudyard Kipling this week will hear about the years he lived in Vermont, penning some of his most famous works far from the Indian subcontinent where he made his name.
