Carol Burnett receives top US humor prize in DC

WASHINGTON (AP) — Julie Andrews, Tony Bennett, Tina Fey and other stars are gathering in Washington to honor Carol Burnett as she receives the nation's top humor prize at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
