Jeff Koons' 'Balloon Dog' going to NYC auction

NEW YORK (AP) — Jeff Koons' whimsical "Balloon Dog (Orange)" is going to auction on Nov. 12 in New York City. The pre-sale estimate is $35 million to $55 million.
