Judge: Abercrombie shirt not 'Situation' violation

MIAMI (AP) — A federal judge in Florida says Abercrombie & Fitch Co. didn't violate trademark rules by producing a shirt playing on the nickname of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of TV's "Jersey Shore."
