Jazz pianist, music arranger Paul Smith dies at 91

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Paul Smith, a jazz pianist, composer and arranger who worked with such greats as Bing Crosby, Nat "King" Cole and Dizzy Gillespie, has died at 91.
