Police: Jewels stolen in Cap d'Antibes near Cannes

PARIS (AP) — Police say an expensive necklace was stolen overnight in the luxurious resort town of Cap d'Antibes, the second jewelry theft on the French Riviera during the Cannes Film Festival.
