Tribe, Robert Redford group OK wild horses plan

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — The Navajo Nation and a group founded by former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and actor Robert Redford have agreed on a plan to manage thousands of wild horses on the reservation.
